Mr. Jeffrey Locke is the Chief Executive Officer of Belize Electricity Limited since June 21, 2011 with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He is presently the Chairman of the Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC).
Mr. Locke was previously the Chief Executive Officer a micro-oil refinery in Belize and worked prior as the Regional Manager for Shell Oil Products Latin America and Shell Caribbean & Central America.
Mr. Locke holds a Master of Science Degree in International Management, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed Post-Graduate training in Strategic Planning, Production Planning, Business Re-engineering, Environmental and Safety Management and Sales Management, among others.
