Thomas (Tom) Hamlin has been working in the energy field since the 1980s. He started in Saskatchewan Canada, worked for the Canadian government in various posts until 1997 when he moved to Africa and joined the United Nations. Through the Global Environment Facility and other programs Tom worked in 38 countries around the world including the Caribbean. Tom covers energy efficiency in buildings and industry, renewable energy of all types, transport as well as sustainable development broadly. As a Senior Associate of Econoler we are pleased to have been recently assigned a consultancy on Energy Efficiency in the region for GIZ, CARICOM and CCREEE.
