Mr. Ryan Cobb is the Energy Director in the Ministry of Public Service, Energy and Public Utilities of Belize. As energy director he is responsible for the development and implementation of the country’s sustainable energy policy and action, development of energy projects to foster adoption of sustainable energy technologies and attain universal access (electricity) to all households in Belize.

Mr. Ryan Cobb holds a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior Politecnico Jose Antonio Echevaria, Havana, Cuba.
